Problem Statement: The Online USB converters were failing after few days of continuous operation especially during data log of Burn In test for 168 Hours. To overcome this
CeNSE-Systems Lab has designed a USB to UART converter which can work on both 5V, 3.3V. This is used for Debugging. The Major Feature of this design is in addition to Standard Micro USB to UART port it has U-Link and ST-Link for Debugging and Programming Purposes.
The compilers which support all Microcontrollers Such as ADI, Microchip, TI, Renesas etc through ULink2 & can be used along with family of ST Microcontrollers through ULink1.
This unit is a compact USB to UART Converter with Following Important Specifications
- True 5V/3.3V/2.8V/1.8V CMOS drive output and TTL input.
- USB 2.0 Full Speed compatible.
- -40°C to 85°C extended operating temperature range.
- Status of Data Transmit through LED
- Virtual Comport Plug and Play Drivers for all Windows 32, 64 Bit OS & MAC OS 8/9, OS-X, Linux 2.4 or higher.
